The trace moisture analyzer under UHV power can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.
1、 Open circuit measurement
When measuring an open circuit, the measurement status display and electrolysis status display will show the maximum. Excessive iodine is generated in the electrolyte of the anode chamber of the LED digital display meter, causing the color to darken. At this point, the following situations should be checked:
1. Measure whether the plug and socket are in good contact.
2. Measure whether the electrode leads are open and whether the plug is well soldered.
2、 Open electrolysis
When the electrolysis is turned on, the measurement status indicator light indicates, but the electrolysis status indicator light only lights up two green lights, and the "LED" digital tube does not count. At this point, the following conditions should be checked:
1. Is the electrolytic plug in good contact with the socket.
2. Whether the electrolytic leads on the cathode chamber are open and whether the plug is well welded (when re welding the plug, attention should be paid to ensuring that the positive and negative poles are not welded incorrectly).
3. Is the welding point of the positive and negative platinum wires open.
3、 Measure short circuit
When measuring a short circuit, there is no indication on the measurement and electrolysis status display, and the LED digital display does not count. At this point, the following situations should be checked:
1. Measure whether the plug or socket is short circuited.
2. Measure whether the ball ends of the electrodes are connected or if there is an internal short circuit.
3. Measure whether the electrode leaks liquid. Although the electrolysis time of the instrument exceeds half an hour during leakage, it still cannot reach the endpoint (this is not a problem with the electrolyte, the measuring electrode should be replaced).
4. If there are any other malfunctions with the instrument, please contact the manufacturer.
