The frequency coefficient of a capacitive voltage divider shall not exceed 1.005 when the ratio of the maximum to minimum division ratio is within the operating frequency range.

The performance requirements of the console, buttons, and indicator lights should comply with the requirements of GB/T11920. Control and protection should be reliable and effective, and all instructions should be correct and reliable. The calibration indicator instrument should use a zero adjustment instrument, and the calibration indicator should be sensitive, accurate, and reliable.
