Test usage precautions:

1. To ensure personal safety, users are repeatedly reminded to pay attention to the good grounding of the control box and the double pressure cylinder, as well as the discharge of test samples and double pressure cylinders after shutdown.

2. Prevent foreign objects from entering the control box. If there is a fan inside the control box, check if the fan is running properly.

3. When the double pressure drum insulation drum is dirty, please wipe it with a dry cloth and do not use organic solvents such as alcohol or gasoline for cleaning. You can use a cleaning agent to clean the surface of the insulation cylinder. It can only be used after air drying. Please put it in the packaging box during transportation or when not in use.

4. When replacing the fuse, please replace the fuse according to the amperage indicated next to the fuse holder.

5. If the high-voltage shielded microampere meter displays "LOW BAT", please replace the 9V battery to avoid measurement errors.

6. Do not open the control box and double pressure cylinder without permission, otherwise it will affect the product warranty, and the disassembly manufacturer is not responsible.

7. Instrument transportation should avoid rainwater erosion and strictly prevent collisions and falls.

Common fault inspection and handling:

1. The green light does not turn on after turning on the power. Replace the power cord when the power fuse burns out; Solution: Replace the fuse.

2. Press the red button, the red light does not turn on. Solution: Reset the potentiometer to zero.

3. Press the red button, the red light will turn on, the boost red light will turn off, and the green light will turn on; Fault cause: Short circuit in the high voltage output terminal overlap test product. Solution: Check the output cable and test product.

4. During the boosting process, the red light goes out and the green light comes on; Fault cause: overvoltage or overcurrent protection action due to discharge or breakdown of the tested product; Solution: Check the reset value of the tested product.
