1. Attention to wiring of excitation transformer: (1) For the withstand voltage device of 10 kV cable, the excitation transformer is generally connected to the low end; (2) The voltage withstand devices of 10 kV and 35 kV cables are connected to the low end of the 10 kV cable voltage withstand excitation transformer, and the high end of the 35 kV cable is connected to the high end; (3) 10 kV, 35 kV, and 110 kV cable voltage withstand devices: 10 kV and 35 kV cable voltage withstand excitation transformers are connected to the low end, and 110 kV cable voltage withstand excitation transformers are connected to the high end.
2. Precautions for wiring reactors and capacitor dividers: For short cables, at least two reactors should be connected in series, regardless of voltage, to ensure that the circuit can resonate.
3. Precautions for excitation transformer wiring: (1) The voltage withstand device of the motor is generally at the low end of the excitation transformer; (2) Voltage resistant devices for electric motors and cables, low-end voltage resistant excitation transformers for cables, high-end voltage resistant excitation transformers for electric motors; (3) Electric motors are generally voltage resistant resonant devices. Low voltage capacitor cable.
4. Precautions for wiring excitation transformers: (1) For switches GIS、 The voltage withstand device of the transformer and the output voltage of the excitation transformer are generally higher. (2) Used for switches, GIS voltage withstand devices, high-end excitation transformers, and connecting transformer voltage excitation transformers to the low-end. (3) The modified resonant device is usually compatible with short and long cables, and the excitation transformer is connected to the low end.
5. Precautions for reactor wiring: (1) When used for AC withstand voltage testing of switch and low capacitance test samples, all reactors need to be connected in series in the high-voltage circuit to ensure resonance. (2) When used for switching and withstand voltage of GIS and transformers, reactors need to be connected in series, and the number of reactors in series is determined according to the actual test voltage.
6. General note: (1) Theseries resonancetest equipment should be used by high-voltage testing professionals. Before use, carefully read the instructions and receive repeated training. (2) The operator shall not be less than 2 people. When using, the safety operating procedures for high-voltage testing of the unit should be strictly followed. (3) In order to ensure the safety of the test, in addition to being familiar with the product specifications, the test operation must also be strictly carried out in accordance with relevant national standards and regulations. (4) The connection should not be incorrect, otherwise it may damage the test device. (5) When using, the output voltage should be high or too high. Reliable grounding is necessary, and attention should be paid to operational safety.
